Sunset Bunny the Easter Fairy Sylvanian Families white rabbit - OOAK wings, hat and tutu skirt with Easter basket

Here is one of the white Sylvanian Families, which I have transformed into Sunset Bunny the Easter Fairy. I have thought about selling the fairy wings to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis, but think it will be easier just to promote the Easter fairy story. If you follow any of my work you will know that I have an Easter story on I Tunes and Amazon called Sunset Bunny the Easter fairy where all money our end will go to the CF charity.

I recently taught myself to crochet this week and made this little fairy tutu and hat. The fairy wings are hand painted. The little Easter Basket is made out of wire. Little Snowflake adores the little white Easter Bunny.

Little Snowflake recently got the Chocolate Bunny Sylvanian families so I thought brilliant and made her a little fairy costume too. What better bunny than a chocolate bunny to star as Sunset Bunny the Easter Fairy. Even if you don't purchase the fairy story please spread the word for us and leave a comment.

Here is a picture of the Chocolate Bunny Sylvanian famiy bunny rabbit in her little Sunset Bunny the Easter Fairy dress:

Here is part of my fairy Easter Story called Sunset Bunny the Easter Fairy:

As you probably know my little girl Snowflake loves her black bunny rabbit Cindy Woo. Last week I tried to dye the white Sylvanian Families black as they do not have a black bunny rabbit set. Big mistake! I used black food colouring as I did with the Cindy Woo Zhu Zhu pet. But this time the food colouring has not sunk in and keeps coming off. So little Snowflake is no longer white but looks like she has just come up from the coal mines.

My little girl has got me making all sorts of things for her Sylvanian Families, from rugs, to sleeping bags, to crochet dresses and hats. Here is the little red crochet dress and hat Snowflake had me making for her Cindy Woo bunny rabbit children's toy. I have to laugh as dying the white Sylvanian Family rabbit black was not a good idea as every time she plays with these little toy rabbits she ends up covered in black food dye. Maybe that is a hint for the manufacturers to create a Sylvanian Family black rabbit set so she can play with her toys and stay as white as pure snow.

The Chinese Year of the rabbit - Thursday 3rd February 2011
Lets hope this year is the year for Sunset Bunny the Easter Fairy and Cindy Woo
Wish us luck!

Hey, I am checking this blog using the phone and this appears to be kind of odd. Thought you'd wish to know. This is a great write-up nevertheless, did not mess that up.

You can buy Sylvanian Famlies in any good toy store. But I got mine from a store called Sylvanian Emporium on Ebay. Very good prices and great service. They even managed to help me raise some money for Cystic Fibrosis so I highly recommend them. All I did was change the white bunny rabbit into Sunset Bunny the Easter Fairy which is for CF. And of course my little girl had to have a black Sylvanian family to go with our gorgeous black rabbit Cindy Woo. So some black food colouring was used. Thankfully now the food colouring no longer comes off, took a good few months to dry properly.

Thanks for the message. The only people that need to diet are those that have health issues. A lot of my friends have weight issues and they are tiny. It does worry me as children pick up on this. One thing we need to stop is our children thinking they are fat when they are not. Enjoy life and love you for you!
