Arty Mummy Monster High Draculaura Lagoona

I have always been arty. When I worked in Mr Cherry's that is when my art ended up taking over my whole appearance. Drawing seagulls on my face was my way of saying "I am just an arty sort of a girl!" As a Mother now you would not think I am the same person, my little girl and I laugh about the way I looked and she hates make-up so fingers crossed she goes for the more natural look!

Back in the 80's in Hastings no one battered an eye lid to the way I was dressed or looked. The locals used to love to come into Mr Cherry's Pub, which is now closed, just to see what sort of make-up or costume I had designed.

The above photograph is of me looking a little similar to Lagoona Blue. I had made a dress out of an old black sack we use for the rubbish. Covered it in green paint which looks a little like seaweed. And added some sea snakes. Hmmm Dad was so impressed he had to get his camera out. Have to say the white daisy's look more fetching than me, te he. Oh to be young!

My dear friend Merrill gave me an old Singer Sewing machine with a handle. I used this sewing machine to make my out of this world goth dress. Well it is actually a skirt and top. I wonder what happened to it? Probably in some charity shop somewhere. If anyone finds it send me a message.

You can see why I love the Monster High dolls as I was a living and breathing version. These dolls are just so arty and creative I cannot help but love them. The way the arms and legs move make them stand out to all the rest of the dolls on the market. Monster High you rock! Something strange is going on with my blog, spooky stuff happens! Any spelling and grammar errors just let me know.

Olympics UK England, Wales and Scotland Bratz dolls masks

Some people from America and overseas are not aware that the UK is not one Country, it is based around three different Countries, two of which have their own language. England, Wales and Scotland. Past history sadly still haunts some people to this day. It will be nice when education one day educates people that people have nothing to do with what Monarchs and Governments have done in the past. With the Olympics being held in England I think it is time to celebrate as this will hopefully boost the economy for the whole of the UK and not just England. Anyone visiting the UK for the Olympics please remember Wales and Scotland are fascinating places to visit too. Look up Caswell Bay and be amazed!

Here is my Olympic Dolls Mask I made for Wales. A beautiful Country with stunning white sandy beaches and breathtaking castles.

Monica from London Mum's Magazine loved my Union Jack Mask so I am sending her one with her own Country flag mask too. Ah Italy what a beautiful Country!

I will add the Scottish Olympic dolls mask too. But for now here are some of the dolls masks worn by Monster High dolls. The American flag mask is so cute.

I wonder if I could create a little home cottage industry for Mum's to make these masks and sell them to the shops. Or would it be a case of slave labour and us Mothers working for pennies? Sadly we cannot compete with overseas prices and the way our industry exploits poor Countries. We still have a long way to go before women are treated equally to men. If you are a Struggling Mother, don't suffer in silence get in touch I am on Facebook. The more Struggling Mothers I can find the better hope for fighting for change verbally. Look me up Sharon J. Bainbridge and pick UK Swansea, Wales.

This poor women is paid pennies for working like a slave and her idiot man boss thinks he is a king. Why do us women put up with so much rubbish by some men? The UK can treat women with no qualifications no better! Penalised for not having a good memory. I think it is time for change as everyone has some talent.
