I used to use Bisto, until I found out from my friend that it has MSG in it. A dangerous toxic that kills. Now I use Bouillon, but I need to work out how to make the gravy taste the way my Nan's used to. Of course Nan made her gravy from scratch, using the juices from the meat. I cheated and used Bisto. Adding veg and roast potatoes, parsnips etc, does give the gravy that special taste. So if anyone wants to help me create a special organic Vegan gravy, would love to hear from you!
