At three years old, I had my first Asthma attack. (Mum told me about some baby milk scandal back in the 60's, where babies died). That was my first ever memory. Crying for my mum, and watching her leave the hospital. Back then, parents were not allowed to stay with their children. Thankfully, things have changed today. But sadly, we still live in the dark ages, when it comes to NUTRITION!
I was a sickly child. Often off school with Asthma.
When I lived with my NZ boyfriend in Wimbledon, I managed to get off my Inhalers. I was living in a pet, and smoke free zone. But every time I visited family, who had pets, I got ill. You guessed it, I am allergic to animals. So why the heck did I eat animal products? Hallo! Because I was not educated that they made me ill.
My on-line business got destroyed by EVIL ELITES. So I had no choice but to take a low paid job locally. I got a job in the school canteen. It was part time, and fitted in with Melody's (daughter) school times. However, she used to get really upset when I had to work if she was off school. Melody felt she needed me when she was ill, and wanted me at home full time. That is natural. And being an old fashioned mum, it used to upset me seeing her so sad. As I wanted her to have good childhood memories.
Anyway, the school canteen was very run down. The ASBESTOS ROOF, leaked. It even dripped into my pudding. I asked to change my dessert, and was told, "NO!" Why, because the Council can be quite bullying. And the chef was no doubt worried about getting into trouble if one dessert was missing. I did not want to cause an argument, so stupidly eat the pudding. The staff laughed, and joked about how it could kill me, with regards to the asbestos. Working in the school canteen made me so ill with Asthma, I had to take time off work. Water used to come into the kitchen. The floor would be wet in the morning. The Council did end up putting in fans when I got back to work after being ill, to try and stop the damp. I am amazed the canteen passed the Health and Hygiene tests, because it was so run down.
At night I could not breathe, the inhalers were not working. I felt awful. Having never felt like this before, I was worried! And asked for a Chest X-Ray. Sadly, the doctor was not very sympathetic, she took no notice about my concerns about the Asbestos. And when I asked if I could have the X-Ray without my daughter knowing, as I did not want to upset, or worry her. The doctor got really funny with me. I ended up having to go on a strong inhaler. This thankfully worked. But who is laughing now! I know more than my doctor about nutrition, and how it cures illness.
HERO, NATHAN PRITIKIN, SAVED DR. MICHAEL GREGER'S GRANDMOTHER, AND OTHERS. THANKS TO HIS RESEARCH WE NOW KNOW HOW IMPORTANT NUTRITION REALLY IS!
