Toothless the dragon big soft toy handmade by Sharon J. Bainbridge for Little Snowflake child artist (Christmas Present)

Four days later and here we have it a big handmade Toothless the dragon soft toy for my little girl Snowflake. To be honest I think it is a bit of a disaster. I am not that keen on the face, but hey ho, with a bit of luck she will not notice and hopefully I will be able to get hold of some real Toothless Glass eyes after Christmas. No wonder these toys are expensive, I never expected to spend day and night for four days on the thing, ha ha. If only time was on my side I could have done a better job. Never mind!

The Toothless the Dragon soft toy is nearly as big as our double bed, so that is one thing going for it. She wanted a big Toothless the Dragon and did not like the ones I showed her on the Internet as the faces were not cute. As she is so fussy I am a bit worried about her opening it on Christmas Day. Will upload a video so you can see her face on Christmas day.

Well the house is a complete tip as when it comes to art and crafts you need a special room for that sort of thing and help around the house to keep up with day to day chores.

CHRISTMAS DAY AND SNOWFLAKE OPENS UP HER BIG TOOTHLESS THE DRAGON TOY FROM HOW TO TRAIN A DRAGON FILM

Thank goodness Snowflake loves the handmade Toothless the Dragon toy I made. I was really worried she would be disappointed with the Toothless face, but as you can see from the video she adores it, her words "best toy ever." I saw some for sale for nearly £100 which were no way as big as the one I made. And she did not like the face as she said they were not cute. So hip hip hooray Mummy got it right! I am good at something at last. All I need to do now is add the brown false tail as in the film.

My only Christmas present from my partner went missing with Santa. He must like pink lip liners, te he. Oh well, as least I got to give my little girl the sewing machine I used to make Toothless with, bargain price of £14. I gave the machine to her Daddy to give to her to wrap up and give to me on Christmas day. She calls it a making machine, and has been talking about getting me one for ages as mine broke from being left in the damp room. Thank you Snowflake I love it!  And love you even more!!! To see your happy face is more than any present to me.

OOAK black rabbit Zhu Zhu Pet Toy called Cindy Woo - hand painted and changed by Sharon J. Bainbridge for little child artist Snowflake

Little child artist Snowflake loves the Zhu Zhu pet children's toys. She asked for fluffy the white Zhu Zhu pet toy because Zhu Zhu Pet do not currently have a black bunny rabbit toy. Snowflake also asked me to write to Zhu Zhu Pet and request they created a toy just like Cindy Woo her pet black bunny rabbit.

I have written to Zhu Zhu Pet, but the chances of them ever getting my letter are slim. With Christmas just round the corner I thought, well I will get her fluffy the white bunny rabbit Zhu Zhu pet and see if I can alter one of the black hamster toys to look like Cindy Woo our pet bunny rabbit. I used Drayko Ninja Warriors Zhu Zhu pet toy. I think Snowflake will be over the moon when she opens up her Christmas present as Cindy Woo was her Christmas present last year, this year she gets a OOAK Cindy Woo toy. Cute!

As you can see from the picture I added long ears to the hamster toy and hand painted the inside of the ears silver and also painted around the eyes. For the white feet and white mark on the back I used food colouring to tone it down to a grey silver colour. Now the hamster toy looks just like Cindy Woo our pet rabbit.

Snowflake has opened her early Christmas Present on Christmas Eve, she loves her little Cindy Woo Zhu Zhu Pet. Who knows Zhu Zhu pet may create a real one that blows kisses:

How I made the custom made Zhu Zhu Pet Cindy Woo black rabbit children's toy for Snowflake:

The above custom made black rabbit Zhu Zhu Pet is of course a one off. I cannot recreate these for copy write reasons, so if you want one, write to Zhu Zhu Pet and ask them to make Cindy Woo the black rabbit Zhu Zhu pet:

Wish I could say Toothless the Dragon toy is working out as well, but it is a complete disaster. You need time to plan to make something like this, and time is something I don't have. Oh well hopefully it will make her giggle if nothing else. Will post a picture of my handmade Toothless the Dragon Toy when finished. Wish me luck - back to the sewing machine. Hopefully next year I will be earning some decent money and will be able to get her a real Toothless dragon toy, but it will need to be cute for her to like it, the current ones don't look cute at all so it is a good job she does not like them as they are expensive too.
