What gravy do you use? And why?

Good morning to my wonderful readers and new found friends. I was wondering what gravy you use and why?

I used to use Bisto, until I found out from my friend that it has MSG in it. A dangerous toxic that kills. Now I use Bouillon, but I need to work out how to make the gravy taste the way my Nan's used to. Of course Nan made her gravy from scratch, using the juices from the meat. I cheated and used Bisto. Adding veg and roast potatoes, parsnips etc, does give the gravy that special taste. So if anyone wants to help me create a special organic Vegan gravy, would love to hear from you!

Here is my little Angel, Melody, she adored my gravy! What a shame I had to change it! But then again life is a learning curve. The things that are good for us ... do not come in a packet!

I am a peace loving person. And enjoy helping people by sharing information!

Yesterday, I came across a bullying man on You Tube, who was calling a You Tuber the 'C' word. How I hate that word. So I asked if she minded if I reported his abuse to You Tube, because she was too polite to complain and block him. It gave me great pleasure to stand up for a kind and caring person, who needed support. I greatly dislike the way some men treat women and how  too many people allow bullies to hurt others. I hope one day to help change our mind set! 

Thankfully, I have come across some wonderful, caring men on the Internet that would put these men to shame. Thank you Anthony for your daily messages. And Larry for your kindness! I would also like to thank the kind men on my video about being ripped off with the metal shed, that have not been abusive, but kind. And Anthony, thank you so much for helping me block the trolls and ignore their evil comments. 

HERE ARE SOME OF MY READERS POSTS. SADLY WHEN I SHARED THIS ON FACEBOOK, I WAS TOLD THEY WERE FAKE. I FEEL THERE IS A REAL DANGER OF VICTIMS NOT GETTING THEIR MESSAGES OUT BECAUSE TOO MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA. WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEMS IN OUR WORLD ARE CAUSED BY THE ELITES THAT RUN THIS WHOLE SHOW. AND WE NEED TO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF CREATING WARS TO STOP IT! 

PEACE IS THE ONLY WAY FORWARD!

P.S. Thank you Kimberly for believing in my Butterfly Lullaby book! To think that International Business Wales told me it would never make it in the USA. You have proved them wrong. Thank you, thank you. I used to think I was being punished for not being Welsh. Now I know if is far more than that, because I learnt the Welsh NOT history etc. So I want to thank the bullying Elites for opening up my eyes to what is really going on. I don't need money. Because real love can move mountains! I am not a terrorist, because I believe the Pen is mightier than the sword. I want to help people, with what I have learnt along my truth journey. Helping people is not terrorism. Preventing people from having a decent life style, NOW THAT IS TERRORISM! But, I am moving on from this, and will just try and help others by standing up for them. Or with the knowledge I have.
