MUMZEE'S HEALTHY SWEET POTATO PLANT BASED CURRY

I prefer to call this recipe PLANT BASED, rather than VEGAN. The reason being is because Bill Gates is on the VEGAN bandwagon with his Impossible FAKE Burger. This will make you sick! Not all Vegan Foods are healthy. Plant Based is better, in my opinion. Having cured my Asthma with organic fruit/veg and wild herbs the bullying Elites call WEEDS. I know what is good for me, and what is not!

MY SISTER AND SOME FRIENDS HAVE ASKED FOR MY HEALTHY CURRY RECIPE. I LOVE THEM DEARLY WANT US ALL TO BE HEALTHY:

MUMZEE'S HEALTHY SWEET POTATO PLANT BASED CURRY

If you can, use organic. I know Organics are expensive, and we need to change that together!

YOU NEED A BLENDER FOR THIS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Baby Tomatoes x 16
Leeks x 2
Peas (as many as you like)

Red onion x 1
Garlic Cloves x 3
Dates 6-8

Pepper
Dried Coconut 200g or more (I fill the blender half full and add water)
*Mild Curry - 2 tablespoon
 Herbamare season to taste (Salt replacement) teaspoon

Sweet potatoes 6 (depending on size)

Serve with Organic Wild Rice, homegrown Sunflower microgreens, broccoli sprouts (home grown), tomatoes, red onion, grated carrot and avocado.

*I sometimes use Nutmeg and Tumeric to replace the Mild Curry powder:
Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1teaspoon
