I'm still going strong working full time on the frontline in direct contact, since 16/3/20 8 years vegan strong, on predominantly wholefood, and healthy fitness lifestyle. This is really paying off now more than ever. 

Seeing my work colleagues go sick, the ones who end up the most unwell are the obese, the diabetics. 
The ones who laugh at me for eating rabbit food, in my break time. 
The NHS are giving us  free food, which is generally chips, and fatty greasy food, which is a nice thought, but no healthy option. Breakfast this morning, was sausage, and egg and beans , swimming in fat. 
The public are sending in pizza delivery by the truck load! Nice idea, but the workforce really needs healthy fuel.  
Be great if they would send fruit salad and cooconut water, as it can be 4 hrs wearing a mask, for 13 hr shift in the heat is dehydrating. Oh and hand cream,  would be great, cruelty free of course x

I cured my Asthma with plants. My friend ex Nurse, warned me about Chemical Meds and the damage they can do your health. Thanks to her I researched where I was going wrong with my diet. My old diet actually caused my Asthma. I know this for a fact, because I have been keeping a health diary for five years. Tracking what I eat daily and how I feel. KINDNESS EXAM (QUALIFICATION)

I am currently liaising with London Mums Magazine, and Hypnotherapists with regards to requesting a Kindness Exam (Qualification) for State Educated Teachers, and Governments around the world. My question is, how many children are having to have therapy because of State Education? And what are we going to do about this? Surely, we can make State Education KINDER!

Lucky for me, I know two ex teachers that were adored by their students. Why? Because they were KIND!

We have some wonderful teachers, but sadly some do not have the patience to teach children. Especially, children who are Dyslexic and suffer with Autisum etc. Even Academic children are stressed out in British Schools. All children need an education that builds them up, not tears them down.

When I went to one teacher and begged him not to force our daughter to stand up in class and say her Times Tables out loud, because it stressed her out. And the children made fun of her.
He said, "I AM STRESSED OUT, I HAVE TO TEACH 30+ CHILDREN!"
This teacher knew full well our daughter struggled. So why humiliate her in front of the whole class?
How I feel for children in State School
Sadly, all these school checks are stressing teachers out. Which is not good for our children!

Monica and I feel our Governments would benefit from taking this KINDNESS EXAM too. As we need people in power who have kindness in their heart. So they can help create a better, kinder world. Some people seem to think that Elites have better morals and values. But that is just not the case. Money is not the be all and end all. Children and family are far more important than MONEY!

A while ago I wrote to Prince Harry, via London Mums Magazine. And asked for his help to create a better, kinder State Education System. Sadly, he declined. All too often I hear the words NO by British Elites, instead of YES to helping a good cause.

Both Monica and I have experienced a bad school system for our children. And questioned it. As mothers we cannot bear to see children suffer. I know a lot of people that have had a bad school life.
It breaks my heart!

My letter to Prince Harry:

I was lucky enough that I did not get bullied in school. Or pressured.
So I dream of a happy school life for every child.
Even academic children are passing out due to having to learn far too many subjects. And exam pressures!

Although I was not bullied or pressured in school, I was taught ITA English Twaddle, which I would like an apology for by our
British State Government!

One day I hope to encourage parents to try my free Butterfly Lullaby method of making reading fun.

I am so proud that our clever Dyslexic daughter now loves to read, and has a little Library of books in her room. Her creative writing is off the chart.

MOST CHILDREN LEARN TO READ WITH THE GUIDANCE FROM LOVING PARENTS

The fact is, some teachers (academics) cannot teach a Dyslexic child to read. Their methods are for children that do not struggle to read. And sadly, some academics just do not have the love or patience in their hearts to be able to deal with Dyslexic, or Autistic children. Things need to change with our education system! The sooner the better.

GET YOUR CHILD TO SING THE STORY,
MAKING READING FUN!

For every word your child cannot read, write it down, and ask them to write it out three times.
Then get them to have a go at spelling it.

The meaning: A ROSE is a symbol of love and hope. The thorns are the roses strength and protect the rose, so the petals don't fall.

Councillor Kevin Griffiths asked our Melody Angel to draw something for the elderly to cheer them up. Children in Wales have been asked to draw pictures with messages of hope for the elderly.

I love the way our Melody created her own unique quote!

FLEXISCHOOLING PETITION UK

Perfection is overrated. The message inside is far more important. Some academics will pick fault in this video, and point out that where I said Dyslexic, instead of Dyslexia.
But this is my point. They are missing the fuller picture!

State Education is great for popular children, or the ones with thick skins. But for children that are shy, and generally self-concious ... School can be a daughting and scary place. Many children today are really stressed out by our State Education System. Too many exams. Even academic children are suffering. One teen told me she nearly passed out due to all the pressure. For Dyslexic children and children with Autisum, State Education sadly does not cater for these children. Mental Health is currently out of control, too many exams to master what they are good at. And we are ignoring it!

I sadly know too many people with Mental Health Issues, all caused by State Education and other issues. So I will not be gagged! It is time our Teachers and Governments were given a TEST. And expected to take a Kindness Qualification Exam. To see if they are fit for the JOB!

Watch this space. Will we get a Kindness Exam for our teachers and Governments? I hope so, because then we will see some important changes, that are much needed in our Education System!

P.S. If your child is Dyslexic and is struggling to read. It is important you tell the teachers not to force your child to read aloud. And not to force them to say their Times Tables in front of the class, when that teacher knows damn well that your child struggles. But to give your child one to one help. Building confidence is vital!

Sharon name Rose of Sharon not a curse

For years I hated my name ... Sharon. Growing up in the 60s, this name and Tracy became very common. And in the 80s you got all the Sharon and Tracy jokes.

Today, I came across this article saying how much this author hated her name Sharon. I love the ending where she quotes:

My husband’s name, by the way? Andrew Charles: posh enough for the both of us.

If you are a Sharon from the 80s, you will no doubt recall the Sharon and Tracy dancing round the white handbag jokes, with the white high heels. It was awful. How I dreamed of having a different name. Mum said she wanted to call me Claire, and I wished that was my name.

Last year, I had a conversation with my Mum, which led to her telling me how I got the name Sharon.
She said, "Your Nan wanted to call you Sharon. And your other Nan agreed, because Sharon was in the Bible ... Rose of Sharon."

I thought, how wonderful that both my grandmothers had a say in naming me. Especially, as they are no longer with us. Now I treasure my name and the memory that goes with it.

Even though I don't practice a religion. I do believe in God. And what God stands for ... Kindness, love and a better world for our friends, families and children! The Rose of Sharon has such a wonderful meaning in the Bible. And offers a glimmer of hope.

So to all the Sharon's of the world. It is time to celebrate. Because Sharon is actually a very beautiful name indeed. And it's meaing is something to be very proud of.

The funny thing is, I have so many big dreams. One of them is to encourage families around the world to Save, Share and Trade organic seeds. I kind of suit my name, don't you think.

Here is a little video I made about growing a Soapnut tree from seed. I managed to grow one without having to using sandpaper or a hammer on the seed. My friends asked me to make this video, as they were very impressed, as was I. Especially, as I managed to destroy all my tomato plants this year, lol!

MY SUNSHINE HERBALIST FRIEND

Approximately 2 half years ago Chris contacted me and asked if she could buy some of my Japanese Knotweed for her herbal medicines (she also mentioned another herbalist was interested). Chris had read some of my Blogs about Resveratrol in Japanese Knotweed, and other uses. I had plenty of organic Knotweed at the time, so sent her some for free. Only the dried stems, not the roots. Chris searched high and low in the USA to try and obtain Knotweed for her medicines. But no luck. Just by chance she found out her friend in the USA had Knotweed in her garden. So she dug it up and planted it in her own garden. Where she lives, you do not get fined for growing Knotweed on your own property. The UK is so behind with the times. However, I think they are at last catching on. Finally, an article that sees Japanese Knotweed as a useful medicine (Natures antibiotic) ...

Question? If Knotweed works so well on Lyme Disease, why are we not testing it on the Coronavirus?

I am not a Herbalist, or a doctor, so all the information I give is based on my own research.

Seek proper advice before taking herbal medicines.
I have taken this plant (Japanese Knotweed ) raw and in powder form for years now. And still add to my smoothie daily. No side effects at all!
But I urge people not to mix Knotweed with Ginger Root. Keep it simple and get advice.

OXFORD BIO JAPANESE KNOTWEED SOAP

I have been making and using my organic Japanese Knotweed soaps for years. Last year I paid £150 for my soap to be tested with Oxford Bio. I am waiting for support to fill in the paperwork. Then I hope to help families trade the Bee Soaps for food. The Butterfly Soaps I wish the money to go toward promoting child and family friendly art, music and films.

Chris from Nana'z Naturals has kindly offered to make the soaps from my Japanese Knotweed Recipe for the USA market. I am so excited. Very, very kind of her. They will be in the shape of a Leaf.

Heck, I even bathed in Japanese Knotweed when I had a sore shoulder. Very soothing.

My big dream is that people will stop using pesticides and instead garden organically. Learn more about the wild medicines in our garden, they call weeds. Heck I am out there foraging in my main garden for dandelions to help with my osteoporosis. Watch this space. My health went to pot when my new neighbours put down toxic pesticides in their garden right next to mine. I could no longer forage in my back garden. So missed out on valuable nutrition for my lungs and bones. The Knotweed kept my bones healthy when I could use it in my garden, and helped my asthma.

I refuse to give in. I will forage again down my back garden when the Knotweed has cleaned all the toxins out of the soil and renewed itself. May take 2 years. But I am happy to wait. And pray the pesticides stop.

My soap colour has changed over the years. It is now clear like amber. As you saw in the above soap photo.

Why are we all ill? Perhaps we need to stop poisoning our gardens, bodies, bees and plants with toxic dangerous pesticides and start growing organically. Naturally! And stop calling natural medicines weeds! Bad education.

How I control Japanese Knotweed naturally

Take a look at the before and after photos of Knotweed in my garden. If I wanted to get rid of the lot. It would be so easy. But this plant cleans the soil. And I need clean soil after poison has been dumped next to my fence for the past two years. (I don't blame my new neighbour. They have been scared into using poison because our Banks try and devalue our properties in the UK if we have Knotweed in our garden. Very badly educated). I hope to get support to stop the third dumping of chemcials. Any help would be so, so, so appreciated!

Knotweed was coming in under the fence from my new neighbours garden. I begged support to help them rid the plant naturally from their garden. But got let down badly. My herbalist friend tells me their Councils do not use pesticides on Knotweed. So what planet is the UK on? I don't blame my new neighbour, I blame the press and banks for all the scaremongery. You can see on my video where I show you my whole garden. The Knotweed has not taken over. And is very easy to control. 17 years of knotweed and nowhere near the house.

See how easy it is to clear Knotweed from an area. I am keeping this plant well away from fences. Frank has never had knotweed from my garden into his, because I control it naturally away from the fence.

I think it is coming up to the 3rd year now when I have not been able to forage for Japanese Knotweed in my own garden. How I miss it! My herbalist friend tells me that I will be able to use it again after two years of grace. As long as my new neighbour stops using toxic pesticides. I am liasing with a clever Bank to get a remortgage and they are not bothered about the Knotweed at all. They see the benefits of this amazing herbal plant, thanks to my research and information.

It has been an awful year. Our rabbits got a virus and all died over a few months. I put this down to them not having their Knotweed to keep them healthy. I could no longer feed them knotweed once the poision was down. Here are our rabbits when they were all fit and healthy eating and loving knotweed:
