Before Christmas my belly was so huge, it hurt. I decided it was time to do some research and change the way I eat. I also want to get my daughter and I off our Inhalers for good by eating better food. My friend, who is an ex nurse told me Inhalers damage your lungs. Thankfully, I can say I have lost a whole stone in just three months, since January 2015. We are now in April. I have more energy and feel a lot healthier! I am starting to be able to control my Asthma more. And do not use the Inhaler as much. Changing my diet to be more organic has helped. I no longer eat Meat, Wheat or Dairy!

I was looking for organic deodorant and came across a few videos on You Tube. As I am on a budget, I thought I would try just putting Organic Coconut oil under my arms. And to my amazement, it worked! I can go the whole day/night without sweating at all! I think it does also help when you change the way you eat. So I would be interested to hear from others who have tried using just Organic Coconut Oil as a deodorant.
I keep a couple of small glass jars of Organic Coconut Oil in the bathroom, one as a face cream and the other for deodorant. As it clumps together, it is easier to grab hold of and apply to your underarms or face. The thought of having to make up some underarm cream, did not excite me, as being a Mum, life is busy enough!

My father used to work for the Council, and he managed to control Japanese Knotweed by just cutting it back. It is a fact that if you keep cutting the Japanese Knotweed, the root will eventually die. Remember, the Elite never tell us the full story, because if they did they would not benefit financially!
NOW DO WE UNDERSTAND WHY THE UK GOVERNMENT WANTS
