FRIDAY 8TH MAY 2015 (GMO, PESTICIDE FREE DIET - MUMMY BOO, LOST A STONE AND A HALF IN WEIGHT AND HAS COME OFF ASTHMA INHALERS!)
Christmas 2014, I weighed 10 half Stone. Today, I weight 9 Stone!
Have I got great news for you guys. And you don't have to follow any stupid, expensive diet plan. Since deciding to cut out GMO and Pesticide Foods, I have lost over a stone and a half in weight. I FEEL GREAT! Lots of ENERGY, something I lacked seriously before Christmas!!! And I don't feel wheezy at all today. All I am eating is organic fruit and veg. It has been up and down with the organic stuff, as it is hard to find and pretty expensive. When I am not eating 100% organic I suffer with my Asthma. My diet is a strict one, no Dairy, no Meat, and no Wheat. But so worth it! Even my Wheat Belly is disappearing. It will be interesting to see if I have a flatter stomach by the end of the year than I did in my 20's. Because I have always had a belly! And I used to exercise like a maniac! Today, they call the belly a ....Wheat Belly! Research proves that wheat causes your stomach to bloat. A lot of people are being cured from many illnesses since they stopped eating wheat.
I have been toying with my diet since January 2015. My belly was huge, like a balloon. It felt un-natural. At times my stomach felt like some sort of worm was crawling inside, not nice! As a mother, I have a duty to be a role model to my little girl. And seeing as my friend is an Ex Nurse, I had to take her seriously when she told me "Sharon, you have to get yourself and Melody off the Inhalers, because they will destroy your lungs!" Melody told me "Mummy if you come off your inhalers for 2 months, I will follow your diet plan!" So keep tuning into my Asthma Diary! I try to update it daily. Wednesday, 6th May - Eating just Organic Food all day, paid off. I felt great. No wheezing. And slept soundly.NO INHALER!
Thursday, 7th May 2015 - I ate Organic Food all day. And felt amazing, until the evening came when I had Organic Baked Beans. And suddenly out of nowhere started wheezing. Boy was I disappointed. I had the same problem with Heinz Baked beans, which is noted down on my Blog Asthma Diary "NEVER TO EAT HEINZ BEANS AGAIN." I thought I would be OK with Organic Baked Beans. Obviously not! I believe that is due to the BPA problem with canned foods. I read about this, but did not think anything of it. But then I compared how I felt the day before with no wheezing at all. So it had to be the Baked Beans. What a downer, as I love Beans. But I will do anything to get myself and my daughter off these inhalers, so the canned Beans will have to GO, GO!

It is lunchtime, so I decided to Blog about my darling daughter, Melody. I can't believe how clever our children are. She designed this little Nightdress and Eye Mask set for her Build a Bears. She wants Mummy to work with her on a little money making venture creating costumes and patterns to fit Build a Bears. In the hope to raise enough money to pay for a Camera so she can learn stop motion Lego Animation with Dragon Frame. There is no way I will ever get a Business to sponsor her, because they are not INTERESTED IN CHILD AND FAMILY FRIENDLY ENTERTAINMENT!
It's all about exploiting children and brainwashing them the sick KINSEY way. But that must not stop Mummy! Children could teach grown ups how to act properly. I know that my darling daughter has changed me for the better!

WOW, I FEEL AMAZING! YESTERDAY I DID NOT NEED MY INHALER FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WEEKS. Because I just ate organic food. And today I am feeling out of this world. I have so much energy. It is 7.17 pm and I am still not wheezy. I cannot tell you how good it feels, not to take that INHALER.
If only we had a decent Democracy that actually worked for children and families, instead of destroying them. Then we would be able to get the price of Organic Food down.

I made the right decision for my daughter and myself!

My Bank is charging me £5 a day for being overdrawn, they got me in debt by refusing to allow me to re-mortgage. This song, is so beautiful. It is about a real father, who wants to spend time with his child. It is one of the most heart feeling songs I have ever heard. It actually made me cry. My 12 year old daughter said "JP Cooper" is her favourite singer. But she does not like the rapping song. Melody likes songs like this one! When most girls her age are trying to dress like the women in the pop industry. I am so grateful that she is not one of those girls!

BUILD A BEAR WEEKEND
MAKING CLOTHES TOGETHER AS A ...
FAMILY
This weekend my daughter and I made some clothes for her Build a Bears. To see her face light up gave me a special glow. She kept giving me a cuddle and saying "Mummy, I love spending time with you!"
I cannot believe my daughter made the above hooded top all by herself. With no help whatsoever from Mummy. She came down with an old hooded jacket and said, "Mum, I am going to make a Hooded Jacket for my Build a Bear." I thought wow, that is a creative idea.
Here is Melody's old jacket, size 9-10 years.
The Hooded Jacket tag says age 9-10 years.
Melody cut the hood off the Jacket. And the sleeves etc. I can't believe she used no pattern.
MUMMY IS IMPRESSED AND VERY PROUD OF HER DARLING DAUGHTER!
Melody made some Build a Bear knickers. She used old knickers she did not like. Who can blame her! I also prefer boxers. I forgot to mention she also made the amazing socks. How, well she used a pair of old socks and cut them up to fit her Build a Bear.
These were given to Melody. She hated them! But wow, they came in useful!
As she never wore them.
Whilst Melody was making the Build a Bear hooded top. I was making the Build a Bear dress she designed. And we used a dress that was given to her. My daughter can be a bit fussy. She hates buttons and the clothes have to be comfortable for her to wear them. But good for her! Why should she have to wear clothes that make her unhappy.

I am starting to question may activist groups and asking myself are these groups REAL? Or are they set up by our Government, TO MAKE PROFIT?
The reason for asking this question is because not one of the activist groups I have liaised with is a TEAM PLAYER. Why are they not teaming up with other activists? And why are they working together to set something up to protect all CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, WORLDWIDE? I am sure they get enough DONATIONS. Which is another thing that concerns me. Maybe, they are earning too much money, which is why they don't really want to solve the problem?

MY DAUGHTER DESIGNED TWO BUDDY COSTUMES YESTERDAY!
I made the above dress and ribbon for my daughters buddy Build a bear toy. It was made out of an old dress. Melody loves making things with me. She really enjoys quality Mummy and Daughter days! I just wish every child had the same family happiness that we are blessed with! Financially, I have been stung by the Elite, as have many other families. But I keep on fighting! The above dress is my daughters design. My work is what you could call Scrapbook like.

I told her it is just not worth my while. They take too long to make. But I could make patterns. She then said "No, Mummy, you have to try. You tell me never to give up." I may see if I can sell some clothes I made for her Build a Bear to see how they go. She is right, we must never give up. But the Elite, after much research, are clearly controlling the whole MARKET PLACE. Which is why my Butterfly Lullaby Business was destroyed. They are really nasty people!

Melody loves this Build A Bear PJ set I made for her favourite Bunny Rabbit Toy.
This is my favourite PJ set. It is cute. And I think Teddies should look cute and not adult like. Some clothes they make for Teddies these days are just damn right shameful! Boy has our Educational System failed our children and Society!
Melody wanted a swimming costume for her Build a bear. If I had more material I would have made swimming shorts.
Ahhh. Look at this little costume Melody, my daughter made, last year when she was 11 years old. She made it all by herself. Just look how spending quality time with Mummy pays off!
I used to be brainwashed by Western Culture. Becoming a mother, was the best thing that ever happened to me. Because it changed me for the better!

Yes they have reproduced this book and are laughing all the way to the Bank, while I pay £5 a day for being overdrawn with my Bank who ripped me off with a high interest loan. Instead of letting me re-mortgage. Imagine if the Elite liked children, we would get the help and support we deserved.
Mothers like me are expected to blog for free and earn no money. I used to blog for London Mum's Magazine and was shocked at how little help these Elite Mothers offer to struggling mothers like me.
