My daughter asked "Mummy can you take off the white knitted pieces round the buttons?"
I quite liked them as it made the cardigan look Christmas like. The main thing is that she likes it, and now I have taken the white bits off she is happy to wear it. She designed the cardigan and chose the colours. I know this cardigan is not perfect, but considering I used no pattern and have never knitted before, I am pretty proud of myself.
