Milk and dairy bad for ASTHMA

I have decided to stop using dairy products and I'm getting my daughter off dairy too. It is time to get our health in tip top condition. No FLUORIDE POISON (TOOTHPASTE / TAP WATER) and no DAIRY. Goodbye ASTHMA!

I used to love cheese and milk. After watching videos like this about the truth about milk, I can honestly say I no longer crave it! Actually the thought of it makes me want to vomit!

and stinging nettles. Stinging nettles are brilliant for asthma. The Queen of herbs! Poison Fluoride toothpaste made my daughter ill with asthma. She could not clean her teeth without having to cough up huge amounts of phlegm. Now we use stinging nettle water she is much better. Who knows what damage that Fluoride Varnish did to her body, but I am determined to rid her allergies for good!

Melody's mind map. She had asthma, joint pains in her legs and verrucas. Since we stopped brushing with fluoride her legs no longer ache, the verrucas are disappearing and her asthma has improved. We are both off the inhalers. And are using stinging nettle water to help our breathing. I think getting rid of dairy products will help too. After all my friend is an ex nurse and told me dairy causes problems with the lungs. Funny how GPs don't tell you this. But then they would be out of a job right! Mary Seacole cured many people with herbs. I believe this is the only way forward. Chemicals are bad for our body, that includes the inhaler.
