Thanks to Rachel Renee Russell, and her wonderful unique style of writing, my daughter now loves reading and has her own LIBRARY in her room. She has collected every single one of her books, apart from one, which I have just ordered for her birthday. And there is a new Dork Diaries book coming out in June 2015. As well as a FILM in 2016.

Homeschooling has really benefited Melody in many ways. She no longer has anxiety problems, because there is no bullying or stress. And her confidence is back! I use Dork Diaries to help with her Grammar. I write or type out sentences from the story. Then I delete all the capital letters, commas etc. And Melody corrects the sentence. There is no boredom factor, so she is learning! And thankfully she no longer hates maths!
Rachel is very impressed with Melody's progress and loves my creative learning ideas. In her email she has awarded me ...
THE BEST MUM OF THE YEAR AWARD!!
It is official, I am and proud to be Melody's DORKY MUMMY.
Maybe, I should start writing my own Mummy's Dork Diary. After all I am far from popular with quite a few Western Mothers. They hate the fact that I homeschool my child and want to make me out to be a bad mother. One mother said to me "YOU WILL BE PUT IN PRISON, BECAUSE HOMESCHOOLING IS ILLEGAL." This is obviously incorrect, as my cousin Homeschooled her daughter! And we now have some great Homeschool friends in Weymouth. Hopefully we will move soon. Another mother asked "HOW CAN YOU SPEND ALL DAY WITH YOU DAUGHTER? I CANNOT WAIT TO GO TO WORK!" Fact is, I had a child so I could spend time with her, it's called MOTHERHOOD! And the Gremlins of all mothers, well I will save that one for when Melody is older! One thing Melody can tell you herself, and that is she is so glad she no longer has to eat food she hates, because some bullying mother said so! I want my daughter to grow up being proud of her mother. Which is why I try to put her first. I don't care what they think, I actually feel sorry for them. What sad lives they must have to want to DESTROY MY DAUGHTERS HAPPINESS! Melody and I don't need plastic friends! We prefer LEGO!
HERE IS THE LETTER RACHEL WROTE TO MELODY, MY DARLING DAUGHTER!
You will see a video of Melody at the end of this video, opening up a present from Lego. They loved her original Lego songs and voice. Such a lovely company, they even gave her another free gift this week.

MELODY USED TO HAVE A RADIO SHOW CALLED "NEVER TOO OLD FOR LEGO"
Sadly, there are some bad people on the Internet, which is why things have to change. I really hope that Internet providers will work with good moral mothers, to create a better place for our children and families. We need to promote and protect children and family life. Not destroy it! Lego had nothing to do with this radio show, the owner was a complete bully!
MELODY WANTS TO BE A LEGO DESIGNER. I HOPE THAT HOMESCHOOL WILL HELP HER FULFIL HER DREAM. SO FAR WE SEEM TO BE WINNING!
We never did get to do the Lego competition because of the bullying radio owner. But the Library loves Melody and cannot wait to put her Dork Diaries letter up on their Library wall. Who knows what 2015 will bring?
Melody wants to perfect her Lego animations. I have invested in a professional Lego Animation Program. She is currently writing a script for a new Star Wars Episode. Her own version. And will be set to animate it this year. She would also like to remake this video!
I AM PROUD TO BE A DORKY MUMMY, WHO DOES NOT FIT IN WITH THE CROWD! IT IS GOOD TO BE DIFFERENT. AND I LOVE BEING DORKY!
