MY DAD HAS ALWAYS MADE HIS OWN WINE!

My Dad has always made Homemade WINE. He has made Potato, Carrot, Blackberry, Strawberry, Elderflower wines, to name just a few. The Blackberry wine I remember was very much like a dessert wine. Really nice, but very potent! So I am going to follow his instructions. He said just to use Yeast and Sugar! But you can do whatever you want. Here is a Japanese Knotweed Wine Maker!

I have given alcohol up for my daughter, even though I was only a social drinker and hardly ever drank. My friends call me LIGHT WEIGHT! Because if I had a drink with them, it would only be one or two. That's if I managed to finish the second drink, ha ha. The reason I have given up alcohol completely is because I don't want my Melody making the mistakes I made in life. She asked me to give up drink. And as her role model, I feel it is my duty to put her first. So I will try the Japanese Knotweed WINE, and give it away to my Dad and neighbour, who kindly paints our fence every two years. I don't need a drink to talk to people. My shyness has gone. And I want to be the best Mummy Boo I can be.

NEVER STOP ASKING QUESTIONS. OUR GOVERNMENTS HAVE THIS HORRIBLE HABIT OF ANSWERING NO QUESTIONS! AND DOING WHAT THEY WANT, AT OUR EXPENSE! IT IS THEIR JOB TO LIAISE WITH US. IT WILL KILL ALL OUR CROPS! AND I DON'T WANT THIS BUG IN MY GARDEN. I LOVE JAPANESE KNOTWEED! IT IS A HERB AND COULD BE USED AS BIO FUEL. THIS PLANT IS FAR MORE USEFUL THAN ANY GOVERNMENT!
