Bill Maloney is a brave man. He is a victim of child abuse by the state care system. Please take time to listen to his story. His siblings were abused in state care too, all separated. I believe his sister and brother were murdered, all related to the abuse they had to deal with in state care. It is so sad. Bill is a film maker.
