Looks like the only way froward is to get a Guaranteed Survey done so we know exactly what the problems are, as lets face it Builders and Roofers will spin you any story just to get the work. We were told it is just condensation re the problems with our house. So stay tuned. If we could fix this house and move it to Weymouth we would be happy little bunnies!
