Melody woke up with a terrible sore throat this morning, so I did some research on the Internet. All you need is Lemon and Honey. My eleven year old daughter highly recommends it! Tastes good too.
Step 3. Stir the lemon and honey together with the end of a wooden spoon.

Step 1. Squeeze your lemon. For children I would recommend you sieve it as they hate the bits.
Step 2. Pour in half the amount of honey, compared to the lemon.
Step 3. Stir the lemon and honey together with the end of a wooden spoon.
I just used normal honey with lemon. Apparently Manuka Honey is very good for you!
