I tried to buy the Soapwort plant for my sister, but it looks like you can only buy seeds or roots. So she is going to get Dad to grow some. And will just buy the roots from Ebay until the plants grow.

I have been putting Stinging Nettle water on our hair. Both my daughter and I agree our hair is much softer and her hair looks really shiny! Makes your hair darker too. Perhaps not a good idea to use on blonde hair.
We used half stinging nettles and half water. Try and use distilled (Not Fluoride Poison.) Of course most dentists will back using fluoride as the more bad teeth they get the more money!
