Mary Seacole's MEDICAL JOURNAL

I have been searching for Mary Seacole's MEDICAL JOURNAL. If you do not know who Mary Seacole is, then I will share with you her amazing story, later in this blog.

Mary cured many people using herbs! Sadly I have been told Mary did not keep a Medical Journal and only a few of the herbs she used are mentioned in her autobiography. Two things we need in life and that is clean water with no poison (NO FLUORIDE.) And a good healthy diet. This amazing lady from Girl Against Fluoride is taking the Irish Government to Court for putting Fluoride in the Irish tap water. All Countries need to do the same!

Both my daughter and I stopped using Fluoride Toothpaste two weeks ago. My little girl has had really bad verrucas on both feet for over three years. I tried the verruca treatments recommended by GP's but my daughter complained of pains in her legs and I just did not feel right putting this stuff on her skin. So I decided to let nature take it's place. Thankfully by stopping the Fluoride Toothpaste her verrucas are disappearing. I cannot believe it. I also mentioned in my other blogs that when she cleaned her teeth she felt ill and could not stop coughing up phlegm from her chest and blowing her nose. We replaced fluoride with salt water, but have researched that salt is not good for you. So instead we use a herbal water and we are both benefiting from it! I have been told to get a distiller, which cleans the water, so I hope this will help. At the moment I just use filtered water.  Anything is better than tap water!

My daughter and I both suffer with Asthma, and so does my cousins daughter, who sadly has Cystic Fibrosis and Diabetes as well. I am currently experimenting with herbs in the hope to find a cure for Asthma. Patrick Delves has been a herbalist for over 25 years. I have not been blogging for a while as I have been unwell with Asthma and the usual chest infection. We need to detox from all the chemicals that are in our body. I hope that once we get a distiller and change our diet we will no longer suffer from this illness. And I really hope that I can help Jodie cure her Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes and Asthma by doing the same. I know Patrick has cured diabetes and cancer, so there is hope!

The memorial statue for Mary Seacole is to be erected in the summer of 2015 in the grounds of St Thomas' hospital, overlooking the river Thames and the Houses of Parliament.
