I have been off my Inhalers for two whole months now. Still learning what I can and cannot eat. Even some organics can let you down! But so proud of myself. And just cannot wait to get my daughter fit, healthy and asthma free! I am a team player so if I can help with any knowledge I have learnt along the way, I will! Talk to me, I don't bite!
