Success! My neighbour loves the Japanese Knotweed Wine I made. Her husband found it too dry, so I will make another batch, but add more sugar. I put it in the fridge and gave his wife a small glass to try this morning, and I got a thumbs up! Going to be sending my Dad some of this amazing brew too. My partner does not drink, but tried it and liked it! I tried it and really like the taste! And I think I may even try and butter my MP up with a taster and ask him "Why the UK Government is trying to destroy this amazing herbal plant?"

I used to drink in my youth. Drank less and less since having my daughter. I did enjoy a glass of bubbly with friends. They called me lightweight, because it was just one glass. But now I don't drink at all. If me not drinking means that my daughter never drinks and ends up regretting mistakes made when drunk, then that is the least I can do as a MUM! I am very proud of her! Good to know Melody will never end up getting drunk down Wine Street in Swansea!

This wine is part organic. I used our own organic Japanese Knotweed. It is nowhere near the house and kept under control so I celebrate it! I also used organic yeast (YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE WINE YEAST!) Next time, when I get some money together I would like to use organic sugar and distilled water. I have some video clips of how I made this wine, so when I get time I will try and upload the video on You Tube! It is so easy! Leave me a message if you would like to see the video.

I am so excited about this amazing herbal plant. Last week I made some home made, ORGANIC, Japanese Knotweed Face Oil. My face has never felt so good. It is really soft. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this PLANT! Making another batch today. Because the last one I made, I added water, which you are not meant to, because it goes off. Not that it has time to go off, as I have used it all in one week. I only made a small amount! Imagine, as I added water and it feels this good, what will my face feel like without the water added to this face oil! TIME TO EXPERIMENT! And I hope to get in contact with Organic Home Gardner's to try and use their plants to preserve it. Very exciting year! My life has changed for the better since finding out about Japanese Knotweed, Organic Vegan foods and GARDENING! There is something very special about being close to NATURE!

Is this for real or are they just hyping this up so that pill companies can make more money out of Japanese Knotweed and it's anti-ageing RESVERATROL PROPERTIES? They say that seawater kills Japanese Knotweed. I would like to see an experiment! And have a DEBATE!
