I could kick myself! If only I had made more than two bottles of Japanese Knotweed Wine. It is a huge hit. Everyone that has tried it "LOVES IT!" My partner, who does not drink at all, and hates alcohol said, "THIS JAPANESE KNOTWEED WINE IS REALLY, REALLY GOOD!" He is taking it around to work colleagues and customers to try. I feel really chuffed that he likes it that much that he wants to share it with the world! When my neighbour tasted it, I said, "If you don't like it, I will send it to my Dad!" She ended up keeping the bottle, because she "LOVES IT!" Shame her husband prefers sweet wine, as he always paints our fence, which is why I gave them a free bottle. However, I do intend on making another batch, especially for him, but sweeter! Lee's brother, and his eldest son tried the wine and gave it the thumbs up. My poor Dad, I have now run out of the wine, so will have to make him another bottle for Christmas. It takes approximately three and a half months to ferment!

Well my Organic Japanese Knotweed wine is fermenting away in the cupboard, should be ready for Christmas.
