Healthy Salad dressing for KALE no oil, salt
or sugar
Dr. Michael Greger encourages us to eat our greens. Kale is really good for us, especially raw. But, eating it on it's own, now that is a challenge, LOL! When I made my daughters Kale and fruit smoothie the other day, I happened to taste the Kale with orange juice on it. And it was yummy!
