I refer to my letter sent to Councillor Kevin Griffiths and Caroline Davies - dated 24
July 2018 - with regards to using Rootwave (Electricity), instead of
TOXIC CHEMICALS to get rid of unwanted Japanese Knotweed. And the benefits
of Japanese Knotweed (Resveratrol).

Over the weekend I received a call from my new neighbour, who very kindly
informed me that he will be using a TOXIC Chemical Company to get rid of
Japanese Knotweed in the garden he purchased from our
next door neighbour.

Our neighbour is willing to consider the Rootwave (Electricity) alternative. But wants to
start work on his garden as soon as possible, so there is a deadline. Could you
please reply to my request - as soon as possible - within the next week.
I would like Swansea Council to liaise with Stephen Jelly from Rootwave in the

I completely sympathise with my new neighbour, as he wishes to make changes to the garden,
and the Japanese Knotweed is in the way; however, I do believe the Council should be
using non toxic alternatives to safeguard our health, bee and environment.
